OMG. What are you talking about. He is crying his eyes out all day long. He doesn't know what to do. I'm just trying to give him the next step. Earlier he said," I just don't know what to do next." So I am asking I don't want him to get in trouble by just keeping him. Im trying to help my man. Not trying no mold him. Just give him his next step. Thank u

How did it go from this:
Well he is not going to do that. He is really stubborn and not going to ask anyone anything. But he wants to just pretend that the test never happened and not say anything and keep him. I'm just trying to prevent him from doing anything illegal. And let him know his next steps.

I'll throw you a bone and respond to the one thing that you do have a reason to be concerned with: He's not breaking any law, so you can't be an accessory to anything.

I'm not being rude....at all. I'm just trying to help my boyfriend...

Which brings us back to:
Please have your boyfriend log on to ask his own legal questions. This really isn't your matter to deal with and he may have information that you simply are not privy to. I'd like to thank you in advance for your gracious understanding and cooperation in the interest of providing the best help possible for your boyfriend.

That is not what you said in post 5. Try to keep the story straight.

Next Step: Hire an Attorney.

Not rude? Then you must be from New York...;)

You are demanding and rude. We volunteer...If you can't behave respectfully...Pay for an Attorney.

Sorry to The New |York members...I was kidding...:)

Right now he is not in any trouble by keeping the child. He has the mother's permission for the child to be with him and there is no father legally identified. However, he is going to have loads of problems in the future, like enrolling the child in school and other legal things, if he doesn't get something formally/legally dealt with. He really needs a consult with a local family law attorney.

Please tell me how I was rude. Like wow. I'm just here to get help and y'all are attacking me. But thank y'all. I see that I can't get any help. There is no need to keep going back and forth.

Well, *I* certainly wasn't rude. If your b/f is so upset, it is time for him to man up and do this legwork. Right now, he may well have trouble registering this child for school - and you should not even be trying to do so.
