My ex and I just had our final mediation. We reached a full agreement. I get the house that we owe 210,poo on that's worth 120,000 with the stipulation that I refi in my name only in one year. I AGREED to it not realizing that I would not be able to refi because the mortgage was not reaffirmed after recent bankruptcy. He won't sign a quit claim deed. Is there any way to save my house co have terrible credit.

Not that I see. Even with good credit you wouldn't get a refi on a house that is that upside down.

He shouldn't sign a quit claim deed UNTIL you refinance the house. At said closing of the refinance.
