Can my Father evict me?

I am adult with wife and kids leaving in my parent house in Wisconsin. This house was built with my father and my money along with my brother money without us contributing lot of it he could not build this house was custom designed so we all could live together but we titled it to Father and Mom. Plane was to live altogether forever(as long we have the house). But from few year things started where my Dad is after other women and he traveled oversea and even married oversea while he is married to mom here. Now mom and dad do not get along and he is trying to get other women in to this house and we are against it. Due to all this my mom got sick and I and my wife take care of her 100%. Now he send me 30 day eviction notice. Question is can he evict me and my Mom need me and wants me with her?

So as long as your moms name is on the title not much he can do about it if she says you can stay since she would be a equal owner. He has no more authority over her then she does him. BUT while your at it you should seriously search on bigamy laws as well as learn what WI divorce laws are as to community property so that way your mother is prepared with knowledge .

NO he CANNOT evict you if he is not the sole owner of the house and the other owner wants you there. If he takes you to court just take your mother with you to testify that she is joint owner of the house and wants you there. You can get an attorney if you want to but its really not necessary.

No, there is no action you can take to stop him. However, if he talks to an attorney the attorney will be almost guaranteed to stop him.
