What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? OKLAHOMA

My daughter and her boyfriend recently (June) went to court over custody of their toddler son. My daughter missed the hearing and the father was granted TEMPORARY full legal and physical custody and my daughter was ordered to pay child support. Additionally, her visitation was temporarily suspended until she was able to get a job and a place to live. The judgment was made by the judge and is listed as "pending" in the OCSN docket records. The father has not finalized the paperwork or filed a signed copy with the court because they decided to try to work things out. This weekend the father went crazy and began to beat her while she was sleeping next to their son. The police were called by the neighbors and the father is now in jail. So my question is: How should my daughter proceed? Since the documents were not finalized does that mean there is no official order? Is she supposed to make child support payments? Can she make decisions as the custodial parent?
