Divorce is final and house has been awarded to me as per our agreement, and she wanted her name off the deed. so now i am refinancing and the bank had there law firm draw up the deed and she will not sign the deed. She will not respond to the bank or the law firm or me. What are my options? In the state of N.H.

What US state?

Ask her how much money she wants in exchange for signing.

You should point out to her that she is still liable for the taxes and mortgage until you refi and she signs off the deed.
It is her credit that will be trashed if you stop paying the mortgage.

If that agreement was your divorce decree then you take her back to court to enforce the decree and the judge will order her to sign or be cited for contempt.

If the agreement was not your divorce decree then you will need to buy her signature.
