My wife received a surprise wage garnishment about 6 months ago, we sent in the contested card as we never received a court notice. We won the garnishment claim and they stopped it and returned our money. Now this week once again it happened. We called the garnishing company and they said they won a judgement before the garnishing hearing. We proved in court that they sent the summons to the wrong address, how do we contest the original judgement? And how can we stop the garnishment. This time there was no contest the garnishment card. Any help will do.

It was for a car she bought for 7 grand, it broke within a month and she gave it back, they resold it for 2 grand and they are trying to claim the difference plus interest that is now a total $12,500
This is flat out robbery, there must be something I can do.

You can't do anything but hire your wife an attorney. This is your WIFE's legal issue. Not yours. Hence, she needs to deal with it.
