It seems very unusual for you to still be in the home when your parents are accused of psychically abusing you! Something is missing, here ...

What was the nature of the abuse?
Nature? I'm not sure what you mean. It was physical if that is what you are asking. However, when I talked to the state police the first time, it was about two days after the last "incident" and I only had a busted lip and faint/fading bruise on my cheek. I haven't been told much but my understanding is that due to the lack of "proof" or "evidence" of injury, that my case isn't strong. My CPS worker told me that parents are technically allowed to discipline however they see fit, even by physical means, so there was not much they could do.

You have no neighbors in RB? You know - homes to the left/right/across the street where you could knock and ask to use their phone or that they call the police for you?

You need to try and understand that those responding to you know how things tend to work, and there is something missing in your scenario.
When this happened, I was not at my normal home. We were at a rental place in Rehobeth Beach. I know nobody there. And it was tucked in the woods so there were few people there regardless. The closest place I could see where I could get a hold of a phone, was the WaWa.

Edit: No, let me change my wording. It was not a "rental" place, but a campground where there were places to stay at similar to a motel.

What kind of physical abuse? A slap on the butt? A slap across the mouth? Beating with whips or chains? Something in between? Some acts might be considered unlawful, others might be considered discipline. If your parents are accused of inflicting physical harm to you, it is bizarre that you would still be permitted to remain in their care and custody. Something is missing from this tale.

Then how are they being prosecuted? If the case is weak, the prosecutor is generally not going to take a case to trial.

Something is very off about this story.

In any event, emancipation is not going to occur here.

I've known people that were arrested and jailed for less. Your story simply does not ring true. A parents discipline, even giving corporal punishment is allowed, including a busted lip and facial bruise is never going to be seen as acceptable punishment. The fact you have not been removed from the home coupled with you claiming somebody in authority has told you the injuries you describe as acceptable by the cps worker is just implausible.
