a. Vehicles are not to be parked at any time in loading areas, in parking area entrances or so as to block roadways, fire lanes or the movement of any other vehicle, on sidewalks or in places with signs indicating parking restrictions. This is exact wording in my college's policy, the maintenance men say because they work there they are allowed to drive their golf carts on the sidewalk forcing me off. i have not found any bit leading towards their exemption. could a lawyer easily argue this in court

This is directly from my college's guidelines handbook. The maintenance men have been driving around on golf carts forcing us off the sidewalk. and when i bring it up they say they are allowed to because they work there. i still have yet to find anything supporting that they are allowed to do it. can a lawyer argue this easily

Congrats on starting your own thread.

You failed to post the name of your state, but it really doesn't matter, so long as you're in the U.S. What do you think there is to argue in court?

Your state name, and the name of the college if you wish to provide it, could help but, quite frankly, loading zones are for college use and college vehicles are for use on the college campus. The guidelines are provided as guides for students (what students can and can't do).
