What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas if a person pays. Your property. Taxes can they take your property

Your question is really lacking in details, but, generally, no. Just paying property taxes doesn't give a non-owner any rights to the property.

I agree. Paying property taxes can be an element in some attempts to adversely claim property, or can be the key element in a tax auction sale (done be the government and a redemption period is available) but just paying property taxes alone doesn't hack it.
