My son is a victim of bullying at school. The last incident resulted in my son having a fractured knee that may require surgery. The school refused to take disciplinary action against the bully. As a result, I contacted the school board. Now the school is taking retaliatory action against my family. They told the District Safety Officer and Security Chief that my husband walked into the office and had made a bomb threat. Fortunately my husband was able to prove that he was in an entirely different county at the time the school had stated that he was in the office. Then they made a report against us to the Department of Children and Families that is currently under investigation. They also refuse to give my son his A/B honor roll award even though his report card displays that he made A/B honor roll as he always does. Do I have any legal options to put an end to their retaliation?
