What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
California

An officer pulled me over for going 115mph in a 65 zone. I WAS NOT going 115.

I was in the very left lane of the freeway, there was a car in front of me, and a car next to him.

I braked (was probably going 100-105) and braked and switched to the 2nd lane. See the officer in my rear view (Still on the very left lane) Looked down at about 80.
Moved 1 more right slowing down. Officer came behind me and then turned his lights off.

Keep in mind, this is all happening during a curve on a canyon.

The officer tried to see if I was driving drunk.....it was 11am.....

He was out to get me....I didn't say a thing. said I dont know speed. he said 115 and marked me for 115 and exceeding 100+

I'm looking to get out of this ticket completely.....never had a traffic ticket..
What do I do?

Oh! That's quite alright then.

Irrelevant.

Uh... so? How is this relevant to your speeding?

He was out to get me....
I'd be out to get you too if I saw you driving faster than 100.

...never had a traffic ticket..
Also irrelevant.

What do I do?
Stop living in a fantasy world where you think you can just make this go away and face reality. You seem to think you just make this magically go away. Guess what? You're wrong.

Can't I request to go to traffic school or something? Literally braked**************so max his radar could have said was 90.
He wrote approx...115.....but i was not.

Honey, you need to start over from scratch.

Go to Germany (or the UK), learn to drive there, and then come back. Maybe then you'll understand how this complicated driving stuff works?

I was not going 115....this is what's pissing me off...

If he wrote 100...then I could tell the judge his radar was messed up....and he might give me a ticket for like 80.

I was probably going about 105 when he was seeing me....BUT i was breaking because i switched lanes...which means he could not have caught me close to 105....i was breaking so maybe 90.

VC 22348(b) still applies at 105. And, good luck arguing that his radar was off by 5 MPH!

What code section were you cited for??

Oh, and officers that are trained in radar are also trained in visual estimation. Soooo ...

"I braked."

This would seem to idndicate you were going even faster. Understand by the time you "reacted" your speed was already measured. It takes less than a second.
