This is my question.

Not sure why it didn't load in the first post,

Is there some sort of Limitation of debt in Saskatchewan? I have a vehicle up for reposession, (don't know if it makes a difference or not, but I owned the vehicle outright, then later borrowed money against the title.) I recieved one phone call from a bailiff saying he was hired to take my truck. I told him I would sort it out with the loan company, and I haven't heard a thing from any of them since. And my vehicle is still sitting in my garage. No phone calls, no knocks on my door, no email, nothing. It's not like I am avoiding anyone, but that being said, I haven't exactly gone out of my way to seek them out either. Just wondering if there is a time limit for them to either Seize or Sue (as I understand the province of Saskatchewan is either or, not both.)
