What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? I live in Virginia my check is being garnished which caused me to be behind on my rent I now have to go to court for an eviction hearing can I be evicted if I show that my pay is being evicted

Do you think your landlord should pay the price because you haven't (for whatever reason) paid other debts?
