What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Illinois, but she is from California I received a text from a girl who at the time said she was 18 and sent text after text about how she was wanting sexually explicit pictures from me. At first I refused cause I normally don't do that stuff but she sent me pictures of her self and I stop talking to her after I did what she requested of me and then I didn't talk to her after that then I received a text from the same number but it was her step father ask why I sent them and I told him she told me she was 18 and he told me she was 15 so I guess my question is am I in the wrong for doing this. Will I get in trouble I have never been convicted of any crime let alone been involved in something of this nature so I do not know the laws around it. But they are also asking for money to **** shut her phone off and if I don't they will call the cops what am I supposed to do

Unless you are under the age of 18 this is not the correct forum. Criminal Law would be the forum you want.

But as you did post here...

Do you always send pic's of your naked junk to strangers? If so you need a Criminal Defence Attorney not the internet.

1) Stop sending pictures of your junk to strangers.

2) Block the calls - this is a scam.

3) STOP SENDING PICTURES OF YOUR JUNK. Period. No one wants to see that.
