What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Looking for case law of WA DUI convictions of BAC under .08

If no case law for Washington or Ninth District can be found, then any state's case law in reference to under .08 DUI convictions.

Case law has nothing to do with whether or not you get convicted of DWI or DUI.

If you don't have a lawyer, get one.

Also I'll do one better:

If anyone can find a DUI conviction with defendant results UNDER .05 in ANY state that has a legal BAC limit of .08 (assuming not a minor or a commercial driver), I will give them a cookie!

I thought BAC is now age sensitive in many states.

Correct, it is age sensitive in most states. I'm looking for case law of defendants who are over the legal drinking age and are not commercial drivers.

Don't need to - DUI applies to drugs or alcohol. One can be high on drugs and still have a 0 BAC.

Why don't you post your situation?

(For the record, this is almost definitely going to end up with advice for you to speak to your attorney. If you are self represented, then the old saying would be apropos.)
