Forgot to add this. Smart Start will allow you to add a comment to 'your file'. It gets added to your current monthly/bi-monthly device report. You can do this online (this is one thing that customer service should most certainly be able to help you with) and I don't see how it could hurt to add an explanation.
Also SmartStart sells a companion test device. It is a little over $100 and would almost certainly have 'found' the face moisturizer problem (if that is what it was).
