I have a debt collector trying to collect a bill from 2006 but I have no recollection of this creditor or this dept. what I originally filed the judge said it was inconclusive I told me to refile a different more particular response and I'm not sure what she wants .when I go back to court on the 24th what defense should I come with to the creditor its been over 7 years and I've had have a def to my identity on my credit report since then right now they're garnishing my wages at my job to this case is over with and I don't make enough money for them to take it what can I do so I do not have to pay these people this money

This makes no sense. First of all, you didn't list your US state. Beyond that, you must have already been sued and lost if your wages are being garnished. If that's the case, then it sounds like the other party is renewing the judgment. I don't know what sort of defense you think you'll be able to wage...this is likely just a procedural matter.
Court sent me letter of garnishment stating I could appeal garnishment . I filed a letter at courthouse. Went to court and judge said letter was " inconclusive " and gave me time to file something elze but gave no direction to wat to file. Now I'm just confused and still do not know who or where this debt is from
So I'm am out of luck.
Apparently, whatever proof that you don't owe this money that you provided in your letter wasn't enough proof for the judge, and so you've been asked to provide more/better proof.
