I'm in Ontario Canada, had a company in Florida USA sign a NDA for me to disclose IP information to them. They signed in the wrong spot, I asked a lawyer, and they said this is ok, but they signed in my spot where should I sign, and can I put a note on the agreement stating that they have signed in the wrong space? I have already disclosed the IP information.

Thanks.

And also a person in management of the company signed with their name, and put for "company name" after. Does that mean that the company is liable even if one of the bottom employees discloses my information?

Even though the signature is in the wrong spot, what likely counts is the intent of the parties. I imagine it would appear to a judge that the party signing the agreement intended to manifest acceptance and thus have you release the confidential information to them. One thing I would never do is make ANY alterations in a signed document without the other party's informed and written consent!

As long as the questions asked here are being addressed, I agree with ALawyer. You should not alter or modify the already-signed agreement. Any change not agreed to by both parties can void the agreement.

The placement of the signature on the wrong signature line is of little consequence.

The signature of the business representative followed by the company name is proper. It indicates that the company promises to treat the IP disclosure as confidential. A company that handles confidential material (generally) has all employees of the company sign nondisclosure agreements (often included as part of their employment contracts). Even when nondisclosure agreements are not signed, they can also be implied, due to the nature of the business.
