Home inspection was completed and inspector identified Central Air unit has 1 year old with manufacture date of 2016. This was good news! Went ahead with offer and purchased home. Less than a month we had an HVAC tech out to fix a problem with the Central Air. Upon his inspection, it was found that the Central Air unit is 15 years old, manufactured in 2002. Called inspector and they offer no support. Arbitration clause in inspection contract. Do I have any grounds against the inspector and should I proceed with Arbitration?

I can almost guarantee you that ANY recovery will be limited to the cost of the inspection. It's in your contract.
