Hello,

I'm a service provider doing IT work.
I'm incorporated in Israel.
I've worked with a Delaware registered US company, and provided services for them under contract.

Upon receiving payment I have discovered that a small amount (125.5$) is missing from the wire transfer.

I have contacted my contact point at that company over several weeks, and was explained that currently there isn't money in the company and thus they cannot pay the debt.

I would like to receive these funds.

I'm not physically located in the US.

What is my legal action ?

Where are you physically located?
Frankly, if you're in Israel, it's probably going to cost you substantially more than what you are owed to try to collect it.

I'd continue to contact anybody at the company that you have contact information about the discrepancy.

I'm from Tel-Aviv.

I don't care even if I lose money, it's about sending a message.

Can I follow up the process by myself? Or is the US legal system requires that I submit it via a lawyer?

It's going to cost you a LOT more than $125.50 to take this to court in the US.

You would have to be physically present in the community the business is located in to follow the process yourself.
