I have an easement at the East edge of the servient property. It connects to another property that is not mine. Now, my easement is 16 feet to the West of that line. The north half is used by myself and 2 other land owners but not the servient.
The easement has a power pole sticking 3 feet into the easement. This only allows us 12.5 feet of usable easement. I have had a mobile home on my place for 6 years. I upgraded to a newer mobile 2 years and I am now wanting put another mobile on my 10 acres for my mother-in- law. I have taken 2 mobile homes down the easement and another property owner has taken 1. The servient has now installed a fence that constricts us to the said 12.5'because of his fence and the power pole. So is there anything I can do?
