Hello, I'm seeking legal advice on this situation I have. So I am going to start an online news magazine. I have registered the domain cryptoforbes.com but Im scared I will have trademark issues with the forbes.com magazine. Is this possible? As you may know forbes.com is one of the worlds established online news/magazine company. Will I have any problems starting my media comany using cryptoforbes.com?

I'm sorry, but this forum is for US law only.

With that said, I would recommend that you come up with a company name and domain that is unique. Whether or not you are ultimately allowed, legally speaking, won't matter too much if Forbes decides to come after you with their legal team. You will be crushed.

What is the name of your state or, if not in the US, what is the name of your country?

Yes. You are very likely to find the use of your domain name results in a cease and desist notice from Forbes, a wresting away from you of the domain name, and possibly a trademark infringement suit, among other possible lawsuits.

I recommend you find a name for your online news magazine that does not use a famous registered trademark in it.
