car dealership didn't answer me

hi in 2014 i bought a new Toyota Camry SE 2014-15 from Toyota dealer #1.
in 2016 i took it to same dealer advantage Toyota to change torque converter, in July 2017 i got a problem in transmission i took it to Toyota dealer #2 to fix it but when they open it, they found oil pan brook it from last bad repair of torque converter made it by Toyota dealer #1, now the problem is advantage Toyota they don't answer me or Toyota dealer #2 for fix this problem since 20 days ago what is further legal action can i do ?

What sort of warranty did Toyota dealer #1 give you? If Toyota dealer #1 damaged your vehicle, then how did you drive it for 13 months without any problems?

my car still under warranty to fix transmission but while fixing it they found oil pan broken from last time i took it to dealership for recall to fix torque converter .the oil pan is not under warranty.

If your oil pan was broken, it wouldn't have taken 13 months to discover it.

You would have ran out of oil long before 13 months.
And let's say you DID have a small crack. How do you intend to prove that the prior dealer caused it 13 months ago, as opposed to there being some intervening event between then and now?
