What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

I have signed a lease form & paid the deposit (using credit card) but I have Not taken possession of the vehicle.
Can I still opt out of the Lease? Will I loose my deposit?

There isn't a law that would force them to allow you to rescind the deal. You CAN negotiate with them, and maybe you'll get lucky (but I doubt it). You will probably lose your deposit at a very minimum.
