What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Minnesota

I commonly skateboard around my neighborhood, and usually I get hot in my heavy clothes I wear to keep injuries at a minimum. Now I know if I was a legal adult there would be no problem, but since I'm a minor am I safe to go shirtless?

It is no less or no more legal for a minor to go shirtless than it is for an adult to go shirtless. As stealth noted, age and gender matter for both minors and adults.
