Can my small non-profit legally promote an outdoor concert with no ticket refund policy?

A small group in Mississippi sponsors an outdoor concert that is at risk from hurricane, lightning, headliner cancellation, or any other reason. Can we print on the ticket that this event can be cancelled without a refund? Contracts require us to pay for sound, stage, and artists regardless of whether there is an event or not. Or can i declare force majeure and not pay for the sound, stage, or artists?

The issue is that one bad weather day and the event is sunk.

You may provide in the contract for the ticket that the event may be canceled without refund for events beyond your control like severe weather. But you would be well advised to make that disclosure known to interested ticket buyers before they buy the ticket; putting it on the ticket itself means they only see that provision after they buy the ticket and that might cause you problems.
