No this is Lillian...ok I first found this site for my fiance who is trying to get custody of his kids from his kids grandmother. I guess I was apart of the scheme. He is using the fact I am stable, the home etc. Please just stick to the issues as they are real. I have been duped by Quincy. He's a swindler. I just want to know how to get hia name off my deed to my home.
See a local real estate attorney who can research to see if you actually did everything that would have been necessary to do to give him partial ownership of the home. If you did not, then it may be a problem. If you did, then you need to discuss the fact that you may have been deliberately swindled with the attorney as well.

What kind of down payment was made on the home and who paid that?
