The next time I am at the Detroit Beer Company, I will take some Chips Ahoy and assorted other cookies with me and do a taste test. I will report back ... if I am in any condition afterwards to do so.

I've read the debate but everything the OP writes puts him further into the "needs to be licensed" category.

I agree. Quincy apparently doesn’t quite see it. I think op should really have a chat with a lawyer who can review his actual activities and advise. Operating without a license where required can be charged criminally as well as civil.


So how about you grab some cookies and we can head to motor city and meet up with Quincy and try the banana shack hefe with chips ahoy. They have some pretty good sounding sandwiches on their menu as well

I have no problem with CalBayArea seeing a California attorney for a personal review. I have recommended he do just that several times throughout this thread.

CalBayArea still has not said how he is locating buyers and sellers. I hope he returns to this thread to fill in that missing information.
