What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA

I applied for my citizenship in Philadelphia office after 10 years of Green card which i obtained through marriage of US citizen. I work as a Oracle database administrator mostly as a contractor (seasoned consultant).

I have been denied my application, because I am not able to show the residence of Pennsylvania for three months before the application. I had my post box address in my tax forms and I had Florida driver license although I changed later to my PA license - I mean I have my PA driver license. I did not change my DR of PA because I may be leaving soon out of the state if I landed another assignment soon.

I have been living more than two years in PA sharing a house with a family. I have paid rent and got all the proofs.

That is kind of sad I have been denied my citizenship. All my tax forms, records every thing are obviously good.

My application for citizenship has been denied

Did you show your proofs when you applied?
NO - Nobody asked me.
However, my N400 application was filed from an attorney at NYC office with my physical address in PA. The digital copies of tax transcripts had been supplied with the application with a POST Box in PA address. INS sent me both I-797 (for n400 and for I-90) in my physical address in PA, During the Biometric tests, I need to show my DL of Florida.

I did contact for a request a way to Sheriff department- if I can continue to change my DL and car registry in PA, though I may be moving pretty for my next contract - they kinda said they don't have problem I provide my physical address and PO Box address with my telephone no. So they did have my contact info of PA - I don't know if this helps- Sheriff department had my info of DL of Florida. I changed my drive lic to PA during the time of N400 interview.

I can provide you my digital copy of the denial from INS Philadelphia office if you want and you are an attorney.

If you have an attorney why do you ask here? You attorney made a mistake not providing evidance. You will have to fine again.

I'm confused as to why you think the law doesn't apply to you. Had you complied with the law, your citizenship application wouldn't likely be in doubt. Sticking your head further in the sand isn't going to move things. You appear to not be able to handle this pro se. Get an attorney.

I didn't say I have an an attorney. The attorney office who filed my N400 was not good since he was retiring or so and gave this to his clerk - clerk spoiled the whole thing.

You mean no appeal - although I can furnish proof that I was living in PA more than year before I applied for the application. I do have all the rent receipts. Thank you

Thank you for your great advice. Where can I get a reliable attorney? I wanted to find a reliable attorney so that I will not do the same mistake and chose a bad attorney.

Define "soon".

If you have been in PA for more than 60 days, you should have changed you license. (I'm going to assume you haven't changed your plates or title either...)

The directions for the forms are pretty clear about what documentation is required. Follow the directions to a T when you reapply.
