Squatters rights or something different?

My best friend Jessica, her husband Jacob, and their one year old daughter Ashlynn moved into Jacobs mother Julie’s house almost 3 weeks ago. Julie’s boyfriend Andy has since been complaining about Ashlynn crying all the time. Julie and Andy have decided to tell Jessica and Jacob to find somewhere else to live. They have nowhere else to go.
I was wondering if Julie can just kick them out, or if they have some sort of squatters rights and can stay until they have money to live somewhere else.
I’m a very worried best friend... I would let them live with me, but I have no room..

your friends should look at your states landlord tenant laws to see what they say a month to month renter with out a written lease ( month to month at will tenancy ) is entitled to ( I think its a 15 day written notice BUT im still tired sleep was not good today and I still have to work tonight ) so they should look it up for them self

They are only entitled to a 15 day notice to vacate. There is no such thing as “squatters rights” in Florida.

Why not? They're homeless, aren't they? You'd rather they force themselves on someone who wants them to leave their home by crying squatter's rights?

Why not? If this is so important to you have them move into your home. Mom, Dad and baby can live in your living room "till they can afford to get their own place".

Not every guest is a tenant and to get rid of a house guest who is no longer welcome may require an unlawful detainer action...details matter ...et them right

Having a child doesn't make them special or give them more time. They can either go to a homeless shelter, find their own place, or you can let them camp on your floor. If you aren't willing to do that then choice 1 or 2 is available. They don't have a right to remain where they are until they are ready to go.
