What is the name of your state California
My friend and his girlfriend of 20 years have a mobile home which on the title is "Joint Tenants with Rights of Survivorship",
She has moved out of the mobile home and in with another man. She occasionally comes by to check up on things, but does not live there on a regular basis. She has very few belongings in the mobile and has been living with this other person for approximately 4 months now, does she still continue to have rights to this mobile home and is there any abandonment here that may make her lose her rights?
My friend owned the mobile before and his dad was on title with him, his dad had his girlfriend put on there as a gesture and he took his own name off of the title so now just my friend and his girlfriend are on it. My friend didn't really have a choice when his dad decided to put his girlfriend on it and his dad has since passed away. Is it possible to get her off of the title? Or what happens if he wants to sell, does she have to get half of the money?
