Are you 100% sure the email came from PayPal?

Go look at it and post the domain information of the sender's email. That is the stuff after the @. DO NOT POST THE ENTIRE EMAIL ADDRESS.
Yes i am sure, i checked my paypal account and it is already limited .

Until the suit is settled or you are dismissed as a defendant in the suit (the latter perhaps unlikely), your PayPal account will be restricted.

The trademark holders can sue anyone who is infringing on their rights but the major target of their suit is probably the Chinese manufacturer/supplier of the counterfeits.

Not that this helps you escape the lawsuit filed against you.

You will need to respond to the suit and this response is best drafted by an IP attorney in your area.

well, i think that yesterday was the day of judgment, i don't know if i still can respond to the suit.
I agree with you the major target of their suit is probably the Chinese manufacturer. Yes that could help me because I am just the drop shipper but i guess they think i am not because the paypal email was sent in both languages English and Chinese .
Anyway, i asked my manufacturer if the Product is the original one and he said Yes it is . (i am waiting for a proof from him )

In what country are you located?

I do not see you getting the restrictions lifted on your PayPay account any time soon.

Whatever the amount, he probably will not be able to access or withdraw any funds from the account.

By not responding within 21 days, it is likely a default judgment was entered, with the possibility of a permanent injunction and financial damages awarded the plaintiffs.
