Criminal Case and trying to kill me

Who got government job in APSRTC and after that he made some problems in my house.
After 15 years It becomes more serious and now he is having 2 children's. Now His family controls total of my house.
He put many problems in these past four years. Now his family trying to kill me and made me alone and do their witnesses .
Now he is become Union Leader in CITU.
What I want to do to overcome this problem?
