California, we bought a travel trailer from a dealer. We bought it in March 2018, it's a 2003. We assumed there might be some things start breaking with it being so old so we asked about a warranty. We were able to get a warranty for $1700 for a year. As suspected we had an issue with the toilet and a leak in the outdoor shower. When we called to have the dealers service department come out and fix it, they said it would cost us $100. We just received our contract and all of the information that we signed. We looked into the warranty company and they said that there is no contract for my name or my wife's name. I have sent a copy of my warranty "contract" to the company to have them inspect it and make sure it is there's. If the dealership is just taking my money and not actually using the warrant company, is that considered a breach of contract? If so, what would be my next step?
Thank you

$100 is common for a "co-payment" when using an aftermarket service contract.

They were not fourth coming with this information. We have since been able to figure out that the $100 is just for someone to come out and look. They call it a service charge. I thought that would be included in the full coverage warranty.

It will likely be applied to any deductible for the repairs.
