I was talking to a freind on the bus and said that its sad that anyone can come into the school and shoot it up. Some girl eased into my conversation heard bits and pieces of it and reported that i was going to shoot it up.

First, I applaud the girl for reporting what she heard, even if she did not hear the entire conversation and her report inaccurately reflected what was said.

It is always better to report what is heard as it relates to school shooting than it is to ignore what could be a real threat.

That said, her report has put you in a position where you now need a criminal defense attorney.

Your attorney should be able to use both the testimony from your friend and the testimony from the girl who overheard the conversation in your defense.

Good luck.
