Guys, I'm getting stressed. I posted a question before about ownership of this house. I'll update that story if it ever ends.

I have a lawyer that's not an eminent domain specialist, a 'relocation adviser' that tells me things that are wrong, we lost an appeal about a comparable house, there's still things that I think are wrong...etc,etc,etc.

Does anyone have experience in this area?

You say your attorney has no experience in the area of law where you need help. Have you thought about getting an attorney who is experienced?

You provided no details in your post here so it will be difficult for anyone to offer you information or advice.

I'm just asking if anyone has experience.

If not, my questions would require a long, long-winded explanation of how the process works (as I understand it) and everything that's happened so far. Which I am willing to do if anyone is interested.

It sounds like you need to find an attorney in your area.

Regardless of the experiences of the members of the forum, law relies on facts, which are different in all cases. Any legal issue that cannot be simply stated in posts is not a legal issue that can be easily addressed in a forum setting.

In response to your question, there are only a few attorneys participating on this forum. I don’t know that any are barred in PA, and I don’t know that any have litigated an eminent domain case.

I would venture to guess that the short answer is no.
