Okay, I'll try.

Zeno-Morph, on FA you have posted three different threads so far. All of them appear to relate to the same lawsuit. It is easier for the responders to provide you with accurate information if you keep all questions about the same issue in one thread, rather than starting a new thread for each question. It is not a law or a rule, but it is a preference, and it benefits you to follow it since you will get better and more accurate information if you do, since responders will be less likely to miss information that may have been provided in another thread.
Uh-oh, now you're gonna get sued too! For "liable" yet!

I think that with not one but two of the biggest law firms in the country, and one of the premier law schools in the world, associated with my employer, I can probably find sufficient legal representation to protect me from such a suit. :D

As a note: zenoMorph said he is involved in three different lawsuits currently - one federal, one state, one undefined - so at least two of his threads were appropriate.

Hi.

Actually my questions involve 2 different lawsuits in 2 different systems. One is state and one is Federal.

I have a total of 3 lawsuit going on right now.

The subpoena requires personal service (unless your local rules allow otherwise).

Good luck.

Zeno, if you could keep all the questions related to the state suit in one thread, and all the questions related to the Federal suit in one thread, so that you have two threads going one for each suit, it would be greatly helpful to all concerned. Thank you.
