I totally agree. My Uncle himself (The Testator) was never married and had no children of his own. His deceased brother (beneficiary 1) had no children of his own.

My Mother (deceased) looked after the two uncles for years and years prior to her death, yet her children have been, it would appear, shunned in this Will.

The Estate is over £one third of a million, so quite substantial. It will go to the two children of beneficiary 2 (the sister), which is not fair!

Is there any potential legal challenge to this Will, that was constructed by Solicitors?

You would have to consult someone specializing in that area of law in the UK, to see if you have grounds to contest the will.
