CPS was called by my family and I took a mouth swab test. My caseworker said I failed for methamphetamine which isn't possible. I took a UA at a facility and passed. She still placed my son with my cousin, and refuses to let me take my tests at a facility. She has called me a meth addict where anyone could hear. She's constantly rude, unprofessional, and insults me. What can I do?

It sounds like its time to get an attorney.

No, failing one and passing another isn't impossible. Calling you a "meth addict" is going a little far based on one test and I would report such to her supervisor. But first I would hire a lawyer.

I concur with LdiJ and PHRG: you need a lawyer.

Just for clarification: you believe the mouth swab was a false positive, because you do not use and never have used meth, correct?

There are many things that can cause a false positive. It would be worth it to research if some medication you took or health issue affected the test results.

She may be biased against UA, because some people cheat.
