I bought a vacation property at a newly developing resort and they are not living up to their development promises. When I bought the Villa, they said all construction was to start within 2 years and it has been over 6 years and barely anything has been developed. They also manage my rental of the villa and because the resort still has not been completed, the is no rental income. I asked them to sell the property over a year ago but as far as I know they have done nothing. Now they are threatening to foreclose on my property because I stopped paying since they are not responding with any proof of trying to sell the property or proof of getting the resort developed. What legal rights do I have against them?
