Visitation dispute

This is for new York -westchester.

After sitting with the referee we all came to an agreement on visitation including my time with the children. Since then the mother has been altering this agreement and not allowing me to see the children during the week due to "grandparent alienation". I am confused because currently the mother is living with the grandparents and has the children weekly , where I have a few hours. The only comments that were made is that they make it hard to spend time with the kids when the grandparents interfere with my visitation. Any advice helps. Thank you.

If the "agreement" was entered as an order, then go back to court with a contempt motion.
