There is a difference between a portable building and a shed or barn. Portable buildings are similar to mobile homes in that respect. Portable classrooms, tiny houses, portable offices etc. The portable building the OP has clearly has plumbing, based on the OP's own statement that there is a bathroom, so its going to be wired for electricity as well. Its not going to be a shed or barn.

Actually, a google search isn't with me. Clearly good defines "portable building" differently than the construction industry does. Google doesn't define world standards...LOL.
