It has been 3 months since the end of my best friends trial. The judge said he was going to take the weekend and would have his final judgement on Monday and yet we are still waiting. Every time she calls the court house the clerk says it's still under advisement. This court case took place in Portland Maine. Does it usually take a judge this long to come back with his final judgement? If so or if not what are some reasons for it? The GAL that was appointed is corrupt and the judge knows it and called her out for it. Could the judge be filing a complaint against the GAL? My best friend told the judge she was going to file a complaint against the GAL and my best friend didn't have anyone to represent her so I'm wondering if the judge could be doing it for it? Thanks for everyone's time that read this thread and answered back!
