If its available in my area can I get the Give back benefit from Medicare which I have now or is this meant for retired people? How would it affect my other benefits?

I may be coming out of your benefits. You need to know for sure one way or another. The give back benefit doesn't apply to you if you are not paying for both Medicare and a Medicare supplemental policy.
