What is the name of your state?new york

I have a document that contains the signature of a deceased person. There is a possibility it is forged. I do have some other signatures from the deceased person, that I would like to get compared to see if they were signed by the same person. Can anybody recommend a forum or website for this

We don't do referrals/recommendations. Try "google". :)

A forum or website? You can google for "handwriting expert" or something like that, but if this relates to a legal matter, you're going to need to hire an expert witness.

...by checking the Yellow Pages.
That's a very old school suggestion. ;)

I don't see that as very likely good source for what the OP needs. I can't recall the last time I even had a book of yellow pages, let alone actually ever used one even when I had them. It's certainly been at least 15 years anyway. With the rise of the internet and online searching, a lot of people have ditched the old yellow and white pages. There is a generational divide here, too, with younger generations never having used yellow pages and many not even familiar with them. A lot of the yellow page publishers have moved entirely online, ceasing the print versions. Also, the yellow pages are more geared to helping consumers find goods and services, and forensic handwriting experts are largely going be hired by attorneys, government agencies, and other businesses who are almost certainly not going to be using yellow pages to find their experts. So I'd be surprised if all that many experts advertise there. It's one option for the OP to consider, but a Google (or Bing or whatever search engine you use) is probably going to return more results.

Online Yellow Pages are helpful (https://www.yellowpages.com/state-ny). I don’t really even know if old paper telephone books are around any more. :)
