I am in USA on visit visa. Been in & out of USA since 2013 on visit visa. Now, I am married w/ kids. All have visit visas & in USA. My father & brother are US citizens. Can they sponsor me and can I submit adjustment of status in USA? or will I be on my visit visa until my greencard? I know sibling sponsorship takes +10yrs and father & married son sponsorship takes +7yrs...

what are other ways to settle in USA? (find employer who can sponsor me). If I decide to use my dad to sponsor me, Does that impact my visit visa now or in future? I am happy if I can keep visiting USA on visit visa (I Know it expires in few yrs & need to reapply) as long as my other case is in process. With, its harder to say whether visit visa are open. I have renewed my visit visa 2x in past.

And?

So?

Then?

I thought I am making this easier for ppl to answer this question. If I would have said, my friend’s brother father etc then you all would have been totally LOST!

keep things simple and answer. Period!
You could have said "This is for a friend". But you lied. For the most part, the VOLUNTEERS of this site dislike being lied to and as volunteers we are free to choose not to assist liars. Period!

You could have answered this “no so simple” question. But you couldn’t. So stay focus on doing simple things. My 2 cents

just answer the question & move on. If you can’t, keep your mouth shut!

I'm sorry, but the matter is beyond the scope of this forum. Please have your friend consult with a local attorney for assistance. Have a magical day.
