I have joint medical decisions with my childs mother (divorced) and I want to get my 8 year old vaccinated against covid since I have comorbidities and dont want to catch covid from him. His mother is an anti-vaxxer and won't allow it.
How are courts ruling on getting kids vaccinated? if they usually lean towards vaccination when there is no rational reason against it, can't I just get him vaccinated with confidence that it would rule that way if it goes before a judge months away anyway (assuming I dont die of covid before then)?
