Perhaps I should use smaller syllable words? Businesses aren't taxed like that. Clearly you're in over your head and should be consulting a paid professional.

My business is 100% digital, so NY sales tax wouldn't apply right? I don't own a franchise it's an LLC, so that's not applicable either?

You haven't really explained what you do so if you have to pay it is really an unknown to us.

Franchise tax has nothing to do with owning a franchise. It is a corporation tax and you have to pay it in both NY (https://www.tax.ny.gov/bus/ct/ctidx.htm) and TX (https://comptroller.texas.gov/taxes/franchise/)
