My wife and I agreed it's over about a month ago. We then decided to work on separation and we are still in that process. Her primary residence is the home that we share. She admitted to having an affair and has been living with him for about 2 weeks now, coming home every now and again.

I know the mans name, his full address and his telephone number.

I need advice on how I can collect the best evidence.

The state in which the divorce proceeding will take place matters. In a number of states that affair doesn't really change much in how the divorce would come out. You'll want a lawyer anyway if you plan to divorce, so consult a divorce lawyer and see if this will make any difference in how the divorce plays out before spending any more time, money, or effort getting more evidence of the affair.
