Google Pay How to get it removed

This is a service that fraudsters use. I never signed up for it and have tried for hours on their support site with no luck. I called their Head Quarters. No luck. No live chat. At their site they have how to delete your google account. No where does it say anything about Google Pay.I reported it to FTC.

For Google Pay to work, you have to have added one or more payment methods to your Google Pay wallet. If you've never done that, you shouldn't have a problem with your credit/debit cards being charged through Google Pay.
